Trade Show Booths for the Millennium

Trade Show Booths for the Millennium

Since the beginning of commerce, trade show booths have played a key role in the branding and growth of companies. The have withstood the test of time and we don’t see trade shows going away anytime soon.

The future in trade show boothsBut the real question is. What is in store for trade show exhibits as we move forward? The truss trade show booth has survived and has proven time and time again that it is the only structure that is flexible enough to withstand the changing times and still keep pace.

Today the options for trade show booths are endless. With the emergence of not only flat panel monitors but touch screens to engage the public and 3d displays, it is becoming a hi tech world. Touch screens offer the public an opportunity to engage with your information at a level never thought to be possible. Simply by touching an icon on a screen, you can change product information, play a different video or even register for more information.

Take audio for example, at one time you had to have speakers placed all over your exhibit and wires to hook them up. Today, wireless portable speakers are the name of the game. They can be placed anywhere within your exhibit and all you need is a little Mp3 player or your phone for that matter and you are good to go.

Not that long ago, halogen lighting was used exclusively on trade show booths to highlight graphics and bring out the shine and glitter of products. Halogen lighting however had its share of issues. First of all they were extremely hot would cause your patrons, not to mention your exhibit staff to break out in a violent sweat. Secondly they did not actually portray graphics and products in their true natural color. In comes the LED lighting systems and all of these issues are gone. Using the new 18 watt LED lighting packages is as simple as placing a small light fixture where ever you need it, aim it and plug it in. These LED lights produce a true white light that will bring out the sparkle in everything it touches and they run cool.

Banner and graphics have also changed over the years with the introduction of new vinyl materials and printing capabilities not to mention to reduction in cost simply because of competition and the ease of development.

But wait lets go back to the truss exhibit or truss trade show booth as most like to call it. Truss booths no longer need to be the square standard they once were. Complex curves, angles and structures can now be created without losing the main advantages of truss which are longevity, sturdiness, flexibility and typically are a cost effective solution that no other structure can match.

In the case of Versatruss Plus, we have a modern, full capability facility that can generate the most complex designs imaginable but without the typical high cost.

Creating a large complex display would take weeks in the past, but now can be created in a matter of days and with detail never thought possible.

For the future, electronics will play even a great role in the trade show exhibit business, electronic interaction will continue to increase but all of this will still be housed in a truss trade show booth for the foreseeable future.

Contact Versatruss Plus today for any and all of your truss exhibit needs from simple trade show booth kits to complex multilevel exhibit structures.
